Rubén Darío is a native of Apia Risaralda, he inherited his love for coffee and the countryside from his father. For 35 years he has been in charge of the farm that his father left them in the San Agustín area. He has always enjoyed having animals and a variety of plants associated with coffee, such as bananas and cocoa. He has been involved in the organic certification process for more than 8 years, which has allowed him to learn a lot about the coffee process and the results of group work.
