Process for coffee growers.
Tatama Organic Farming provides technical assistance focused on education, quality control, drying, processing, and storage of our coffee. We meet the standards established by the USDA NOP and the European Union for organic coffee certification.
Tatama Organic Agriculture visits our coffee growers' farms to improve the agronomic conditions of the crops, the physical and sensory qualities of the parchment, and the management of their farms, all in order to enhance the final product.
