This is a great new coffee shop in town, and the quality is second to none. It doesn't get any better. They have a lab and will explain the coffee process to you if you'd like. The music is pleasant and the decor is very nice. The place is located on a pedestrian street, to the right of the main church. It's definitely a hidden gem away from the noisy main square. If you come to Apía, you must visit this place!
