Don Raúl Montoya is one of the producers in the upper part of the region, where the best conditions for producing high-quality, mild coffees are found. He has instilled in his children a love for the countryside and the importance of being able to live in this privileged place. He has been certified since 2008 and has managed to make improvements to his farm in the process.
