Don Manuel is a native of Apia Risaralda. He has been running the Tres Cruces farm for 18 years after his father passed away. His profession was construction, but he has always felt identified with the tranquility and lifestyle of the countryside and the health benefits it offers. He has been certified since 2004 and has become convinced of the importance of associative processes and certificates that highlight and promote clean production.
