Don Orlando Ruiz has been a certified organic producer since 2007. Throughout the production process, he has managed to improve many aspects, not only in the cultivation but also in the infrastructure for wet processing and drying coffee. He says the best decision he's made with his farm has been to certify it and join a group of producers who are aware of the importance of quality, coffee safety, and sustainable production.
