Don Felipe Díaz is a traditional coffee farmer. He has always been involved with coffee cultivation. From a very young age, he learned and recognized the importance of preserving the soil with noble weeds and the shade of trees such as guamo and carbonero. Traditionally, he has always enjoyed planting corn, beans, and vegetables, as well as birds and fish, which, in conjunction with coffee, have given him great satisfaction in being part of the field.
