Mr. Eduardo Hincapié, born and raised in the municipality of Apia, dedicated to teaching by profession. Retired, he inherited his father's legacy and the farm on which he and his siblings grew up and were educated. He has a great diversity of coffee tree species and recognizes the importance of sustainability in production. He has been certified as an organic producer for a year.
