Don Luis Carlos has been a coffee farmer all his life. He lives with his wife and has three daughters. He has always produced coffee using agroforestry systems, following a traditional and cultural system of pest, disease, and weed management. He has been certified as an organic producer since 1998. On his farm, in addition to coffee, he also has poultry, fish, and a vegetable garden. He has always been aware of the importance of healthy eating and sustainable production.
