Don Gabriel Montoya is a farmer who arrived from Valle del Cauca about 25 years ago to the mountains of Apia Risaralda to try his luck in coffee farming as a worker until he was presented with the opportunity to have his own farm and he committed himself to coffee farming until in 2002 he became certified as organic and in the process he has managed to improve many aspects of his farm, not only in the productive part but also in the improvement of the facilities for the processing and drying of coffee.
