Francisco Herrera is a third-generation coffee grower, certified since 1998 as an organic producer. He has always worked with good soil conservation practices in coffee farming. This has led him to become a vermiculturist, making the best use of the farm's organic waste. He is constantly looking for alternatives to achieve a good rate of his coffee. He is committed to sustainability, associativity, and specialty coffees.
