Mr. Elías has been a farmer since childhood, but his interest in machines and metal has always allowed him to combine these two fields of work. He is dedicated to the construction of machinery and facilities for the wet processing and drying of coffee, a profession he has pursued for 35 years alongside his coffee farming career. He has recently been certified organic and is convinced that clean production and sustainability are the added value of the coffee he produces.
