Don Benjamín Cuervo is a second-generation coffee producer. He says he inherited not only the farm from his father, but also his passion for the countryside and his love of work. He has always cultivated coffee in a cultural and traditional way, which led him to join the organic production group in 2005, where he learned to greatly improve his production processes and the management of his coffee. He recognizes the importance of being part of an associative process to strengthen commercial ties and continuously improve the quality of his product.
